Established in 1949, Center Day Camp has offered a traditional Maine summer camp experience for campers on the wooded shores of Lake Sebago for over 60 years. Just 20 minutes west of Portland, Center Day Camp sits on 27 spectacular acres of woods, fields and shoreline. Generations of campers have spent their days lakeside, forming life-long friendships, learning new skills, and experiencing the magic of camp. CDC is a non-denominational Jewish day camp that welcomes campers ages 3 - 15 of all faiths, while exploring Jewish traditions. Center Day Camp is accredited by the American Camping Association.
All Center Day Camp campers will build confidence by making new friends, exploring new interests, discovering new abilities and learning new skills.
Center Day Camp fosters a strong sense of belonging and connection. Everyone at camp is valued and respected. Counselors stress kindness, respect, and character in everything that they do. Center Day Camp is a thriving, thoughtful community.
