Code of Conduct
The JCA Board of Directors adopted the following code of conduct for participation in all JCA-sponsored events and activities (whether at the JCA’s Congress Street facility or elsewhere, virtually or in person):
All persons using JCA facilities, including engaging with JCA-sponsored social media accounts, or attending JCA events, virtually or in person, are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and non-threatening manner in their interactions with other event participants, including JCA staff. Anyone engaging in conduct that the senior JCA staff person on-site or monitoring social media accounts determines is disruptive, harassing, disrespectful or intimidating to others will be required to leave the premises or event. The offending person or persons may be required to meet with the CEO of the JCA before again participating in a JCA-sponsored event or engaging with the social media accounts. The JCA Board of Directors reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership privileges or limit future participation of a person who violates this Code of Conduct.
